The Sevenoaks offices of Alexanders are conveniently located at the top of the High Street and our more recently opened Tunbridge Wells office in Crescent Road.

Whether a Landlord or Tenant, every client will be of importance to us and we aim to serve each one individually. Our properties range from 1 bedroom flats and luxury apartments to detached executive homes for corporate lets the common denominator being that they are all well presented and well maintained. We benefit from up to date technology and maintain strong links with Relocation Agents.

Collectively the staff members Katie Elliott, Jane Brooker, Heather Wright, Emma Child, Rebecca Chapman & Jackie Smith have a combined thirty years experience in the Residential Lettings and Property management markets. We employ a personal proactive style in finding suitable Tenants. Each person registered on our database is called weekly to ensure that their details and requirements are completely up to date. When we are instructed to market a new property we immediately contact all the prospective Tenants we have registered to update them and if applicable to arrange an appointment to view.

Alexanders place equal importance on both the lettings and full management service sides of the business. Property management is an area that is sometimes neglected due to its high maintenance but it is a service we consider of the utmost importance.
